* Please Note: The above routes for plans apply irrespective of the age of the child.
* Please Note: In the event that there is a sibling group with a mix of plans (e.g. Long-term Fostering and Adoption) each child's plan should still be presented to the appropriate panel. It is expected that where this is the case it will be made explicit why they have different plans.
